Do you ever get the feeling that you’re sinking? I do…

The technological and signals processing implications of the sines and oscillations emanating from within the crushing destruction of the subbass, ringing and droning show that remission of the signal is not possible. The circuitry and the tower blend together to mark a change in space-time itself, as space and time fold and strangle dark broods of painful catharsis. The echoing waves pour out of the tower and I drown in Her signal, o’Hera, relieve me of this mortal coil, living under ocellated eyes is not a way to live…

The new circuitry and the crushing signal flood out and entrap me, and all I want is to breathe. Her poison tongue glistens in the dark, what little light is carried is covered by a black swarm reigning down, with eyes greater than all the ocean deeps, the signal is received and guides us to our doom.

The subbass and droning chords capture a doom of a sludgy black mass, the contrasts between massive crushing signal and contemplative slow paced quietness reveal a solitude and catharsis most metal bands don’t show. The contrast between loud and quiet lend to the album’s themes, tuning in to the signal, remission is not possible, so we must accept being courted by a signal of gloom and death..
